FGBMFI
is an organization where
Full Gospel -
means no subject has to be avoided, whatever a person's experience - salvation, healing, deliverance - it can be shared, just as it happened; and
Business Men -
are laymen, ordinary people from all walks of life; and
Fellowship -
is what it feels like - A bunch of people who get together to share their love for Jesus; and where
International -
means the whole world, all races, ages, backgrounds, and denominations.
STATEMENT OF FAITH
- We believe in one God, Maker of all things and being in the Trinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
- We believe that the Son of God, Jesus Christ, became incarnate, was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and is true God and true man.
- We believe the Bible, in its entirety, to be the inspired Word of God and the only infallible rule of faith and conduct.
- We believe in the resurrection of the dead, the eternal happiness of the saved, and the eternal punishment of the lost.
- We believe in personal salvation of believers through the shed blood of Christ.
- We believe in sanctification by the blood of Christ, in personal holiness of heart and life, and in separation from the world.
- We believe in divine healing, through faith, and that healing is included in the Atonement.
- We believe in the baptism in the Holy Ghost, accompanied by the initial physical sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance, (Acts 2:4) as distinct from the new birth, and in the nine gifts of the Spirit, listed in 1 Corinthians 12, as now available to believers.
- We believe in the Christian's hope - the imminent, personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
- We believe in intensive world-evangelism and missionary work in accordance with the Great Commission, with signs following.

Our International President Mr. Francis Owusu - Ghana
Francis is the 4th International President in 71 years and was elected at the International Directors meeting held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on February 10, 2023.
Francis Owusu is a product of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), UK, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) UK.
He is an Executive Director of the Fiesta Hotels & Residences, a family-owned hospitality group based in Ghana.
Francis accepted Jesus as his Lord and Saviour at a Breakfast Meeting of the Fellowship in Ghana in the year 2000.
Francis has been a member of the Fellowship in Ghana since the year 2000 and served on the National Executive Committee for several years.
Francis was appointed as an International Director at Large in the year 2010 by Richard Shakarian, the 2nd International President.
In 2018, he was appointed International Treasurer by Mario Garcia Olvera, the 3rd International President, where he served until his election as International President on February 10, 2023.
In the year 2011, whilst on a flight to Accra after attending an International Directors meeting in California, the Lord spoke to Francis to "Protect the Vision".
Over the years, Francis has continued to receive revelations from the Lord on the Intensifying Vision from Armenia to Africa.
He is married to Jennifer, and they are blessed with children.
Tim King - USA
RVP North America & Caribbean (Non-Latin) - USA
Tim, a preacher’s kid from North Carolina, was baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1973. A successful mortgage executive, he helped launch 155 churches in Kenya and led FGBMFI efforts in Phoenix. He served as USA Convention Chairman in 2019 and was appointed Director of Supernatural Ministries. Married to Clara for over 50 years, they have 4 children, 12 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
Jairo Castillo - Canada
Canada National President
Originally from Matagalpa, Nicaragua, he began his journey in the Fellowship over 16 years ago. A successful entrepreneur in the international recycling and pallet industry, Jairo has led businesses across several countries. He first joined FGBMFI in Nicaragua and has since become a key leader in Canada. He is married and a proud father of five children.
Idania Sarria -Canada
National Office Secretary – FGBMFI Canada
Born in León, Nicaragua, she is a business administrator and interior designer by profession—an entrepreneur with a deep passion for creativity and order.
Her journey with FGBMFI began in Nicaragua in 2009, where she served faithfully for 10 years before joining FGBMFI Canada in 2024. Her life, family, and work are all guided by her unwavering faith, as she seeks to serve God through every aspect of her calling. Her greatest desire is to impact lives through everything she does—with excellence and a heart devoted to purpose.
Carmen Torrez - Canada
Ladies National Coordinator
Originally from Chontales, Nicaragua, is a business administrator and entrepreneur. She began her journey with the fellowship 13 years ago in Nicaragua and became actively involved in Canada in 2024. As the wife of the National President of FGBMFI Canada and the Women's Coordinator, she is committed to promoting values of solidarity and mutual support. Carmen has participated in spiritual revivals in Nicaragua and served in Fire Teams across the United States. She is well known for inspiring others through her example, especially in the restoration of marriages.

A journey enriched by divine inspirations
In the early 1900's... led by God, the Shakarian family escaped the Holocaust in Armenia and made their home in Downey, California where they started a 20-Acre dairy with three cows. Faith in God, good judgment and hard work eventually multiplied that first little herd one-thousand fold, until in 1943 the Shakarian herd had reached three thousand, the largest private dairy in the United States at that time.
